Our cookers are designed, manufactured and certified according to stringent European and South African standards.
Although unlikely, it may occur that your cooker requires the attention of a qualified technician at some time.
You can log your service request in one of the following ways:

- By completing the online Service Request Form
When submitting a service request, please furnish us with the following information:
- Model Number
- Serial Number
- Date of purchase
We will contact you within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) to schedule an appointment with a technician.
